Barbara Stefanska, RPT, MA
Barbara is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Warsaw, Poland in 1977 with a Master’s in Physical Education. Her unique approach to treating patients is a detailed assessment, followed by individualized treatment including modalities and education with hands-on techniques. Chris Downar-Zapolski, Registered Massage Therapist, RMT
Chris is a Registered Massage Therapist working in Ottawa since 2006. He is a graduate from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa, where he currently teaches as a faculty member.

Brian Ferrone, Certified Personal Trainer
Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer (through YMCA) with over 20 years experience as a trainer with clients of all ages and different fitness levels to help them achieve their personal goals. Brian focuses on increasing strength flexibility and overall fitness by offering one-on-one training, exercise programs and aqua classes.
